Narrow Gauge style 16mm chopper couplings. Available with square or round head, also short coupled (23mm) or long coupled (32mm). Also now available it the exension bar version, which uses a pivot secured under the carriage floor and a bar protruding through a slot in the buffer beam. This is shown in image 3.
