If you would like to discuss any products or particulars (such as postage costs) then please feel free to place a provisional order, then Contact Us by phone or email with your order number to discuss the detail.
We also welcome collection in person from our base in Suffolk or at any shows we're attending. You can place and order by selecting "Collection" at checkout. Please then contact us by phone or email to discuss payment options and a suitable collection date.
For international customers, please place a "Provisional Order" on the website, then contact us for the most competitive postage rates and payment methods. If you place a full order and later cancel through no fault of ours, then you will be charged the payment handling fee.
We're currently building our stock levels to allow us to fulfil orders quicker. In the mean time we will try to dispatch most items within a week, although, with the current market conditions, some items are proving difficult for us to obtain in this timeframe, so there may be delays of a further 2-3 weeks on some items. Returns Policy.
We will accept the return of items that have not been opened or used, although delivery costs will not be refunded.
